Here at AOHV, we had so much fun learning about healthy foods. We discussed the food groups and why each food group is important for our bodies. On Friday, we made friendship salad with our friends. Everyone got to bring in a special fruit to help make their classroom friendship salad. Everyone had so much fun with this special activity.
