Today at the Academy we got to explore with "Moore and Moore" the professionals of gardening. Gardening offers so many fun and interesting opportunities for children, and teaches them invaluable lessons. It also offers an opportunity to learn shapes, colors, smells, taste, touch, and explore different types of animals that eat plants as well. Some great benefits of gardening with children would be: Sensory development, encourages healthy eating habits, teaches responsibility and patience, helps with educational topics, and helps social skills.
