At the Academy we value our work families, and a fundamental part of our school's success comes from the dedication and knowledge of our team of early childhood experts! We conduct monthly staff meetings and bi-annual teacher in-service conferences to inform, educate, encourage improvement and have fun boosting morale! During our February staff meeting we had a secret handshake contest! Way to go PK-1 for the most votes! It was a great reminder that teamwork makes the dream work!
