Working Together!

At the Academy we value our work families, and a fundamental part of our school's success comes from the dedication and knowledge of our team of early childhood experts! We conduct monthly staff meetings and bi-annual teacher in-service conferences to inform, educate, encourage improvement and have fun boosting morale! During our February staff meeting we had a secret handshake contest! Way to go PK-1 for the most votes! It was a great reminder that teamwork makes the dream work! Valentine's Week

 We celebrated all week, teaching the children ways to show love, making special gifts, decorating treat bags, and learning how to write names! Our Valentine party was a wonderful success and our children were so proud to show off their hard work. We can't wait for the Spring season to bloom soon! A special thank you to our kind parents for the healthy treat donations and cards! Have a great week.

 The children are getting all ready for Valentine's Day next week! They are dressed so cute, all smiles, and making lots of special gifts for their friends and family. We can't wait to have a fun party with lots of healthy foods and fun memories!

Black History Month!

Diversity may be one of the many ways to teach children about Black History Month so that your children can understand the value of people who think, act and sometimes look differently. Here at the Academy we show diversity in many different ways! By providing materials such as inspiring musical artists, all types of food, books, materials representing different cultural backgrounds, and inspiring quotes from some of the most famous leaders.
