Under the Sea Week

 This week at the Academy we had a whale of a time for Under the Sea week! Our kiddos learned all about ocean animals and the deep blue! We did do many fun ocean themed crafts, we made our own jellyfish, sharks, sea turtles and so much more! We created our very own coral reefs and discussed how important they are for our oceans. We had a delicious sand bucket take home snack, that our students loved at pick up time. On water day our toddlers pretended to swim with sea turtles while our older kids raced down a shark themed water slide! Our students loved learning all about the ocean and the many cool animals and organicism's within it!

Krafty Kids

 This week at AOHV we had a krafty week with our kiddos! We did so many fun activities to keep our kids using their imaginations! Our students had a wonderful time  painting garden flowers that sprouted on the playground! Creating their very own tie-dye shirts with all the fun and bright colors! Using their imaginations to bring to life sock puppets they designed and decorated! It was such a fun week that bloomed with imagination and creativity! 

We Are America Week!

 We were screaming red, white and blue over here at AOHV this past week! We had so many exciting and patriotic events for our kiddos! Our week started with sparkler themed sensory bottles that exploded like the night sky! We had a patriotic bike parade and a 250th red, white and blue parade for the entire school! We finished our short week off with Kona Ice and a patriotic fun! It was a blast being able to create such fun experiences for our kiddos!
