Merry Grinch-mas!

 One chilly morning in Harpethville, the school doors creaked open and in tiptoed the Grinch. He wore a backpack two sizes too small and a scowl three sizes too grumpy.

“I’ll steal their joy by taking away  toys!” he muttered.

But as he crept down the hallway, he heard laughter from the rooms. Inside, students were sharing crayons, helping each other cleanup, and giving lots of love. 

The Grinch couldn’t help but join the fun as everyone welcomed him with arms wide open! 

 Every year for the holidays we love having special guest like Santa or the Grinch come visit our school. The children love it so much and fills our school with so much joy!

Santa’s Coming to AOHV

 Over the past week we here at Harpeth Village were prepping for Santa’s arrival to AOHV! Before Santa’s  arrival we made magical take home reindeer food to help Santas reindeer fly! Our classrooms also made wonderful Christmas art to fill their rooms with holiday cheer! Santa came and  visited our school to say hello to all the children, listen to their wishes, and share lots of smiles and laughter. We enjoyed being able to create those magical holiday memories for each and every child! 

Tis the Season!

 We are getting in the holiday spirits around here at AOHV! We started December off with festive Christmas sweater day, popsicle stick ornament, decorating our own ornaments and delish hot coco! We love celebrating the best time of the year!
