Branches Bolt!

Today was the big day for the Branches Bolt! Branches is a non-profit Christian ministry focused on reaching in and out to the staff, families, and community of Never Grow Up. The Bolt was put in place to help support and raise money for Branches Ministries. In the past, we have held a mini-marathon during fitness fanatics in January, but this year we wanted to follow the Music City Marathon! It also helps that the weather is great this time of year! I know all the kids had a blast running today! 

Bruce Amato Magic Show

We had such a magical time yesterday! Bruce came in and put on an amazing show for us! We laughed, did magic, and were amazed with all the tricks he did for us! We even got to meet his rabbit that he pulled out of a book! That gives new meaning to making a book come alive! So don't be surprised if we come home with a little magic show to put in for you! 

Trick or treat!

We had such a blast with our kids this past Friday trick or treating around the building! The kids looked great in their costumes as they went from room to room getting lots of treats, thank goodness we didn't have any tricks played on us this year! This was one of the best days of the year for the teachers and kids! We would also like to thank the parents for giving us so much candy, we know the kids loved it! 

Pumpkin Investigation!

We encourage the children to use their senses to describe the inside and outside of the pumpkin. After the students explored the outside of the pumpkin we opened the top and explored the inside! Some students loved it enough to taste it where others were content just to watch. Overall it was a fantastic day of scientific discovery! 

Having fun with face painting!

We had such a wonderful time getting our faces painted! The kids got to pick what they wanted and the teachers did their best to draw something amazing! We think it turned out great!! We know the kids loved it, and that's what really counts!
