Mining for Chips

This week's theme is "Jobs in the Dirt," and Pre-K 1 had a great snack idea!  They acted as miners as they mined for chips! :)  Great idea for children to have fun while learning at the same time.

Bellevue Family Picnic

The Academy of Harpeth Village had a great turnout at our first year participating in the Bellevue Family Picnic!  Some of our employees helped by painting faces.  There were toys and giveaways, as well as a drawing for a gift card!

It was a great Saturday for the Bellevue Family Picnic with tons of vendors, food trucks, pony rides and games, and live music!  The Academy did a great job representing! :)

Garden Pals

Preschool 1 has fun gardening with Ms. Kameran!  It was a great activity for our "Digging in the Dirt" theme and the kids had a great time planting and digging :)

Pre-K Prom

One of our staff members took some AMAZING pictures of our Pre-K Prom!  It was a Hawaiian summer night full of lei making, dancing, yummy treats, and more!  Everyone had a great time, but the pictures say it all :)

April Showers Bring May Flowers

Our Preschool 1 class is enjoying the May weather by playing outside with chalk!  They have a great time working together and testing out all of the different colors.

Our pint-sized Picassos, as Ms. Sunni likes to call it! :)  Even our Infant 2 and 3 classes love using bright colors to finger paint and do free art.  They'll be all set for open centers one day!

The May weather makes our infants happy, too! They love taking stroller rides :)  So precious!
